Kalamain was the main contractor in which we were responsible for a complete renovation and remodel, to modernize and improve the room utilization.

The roof covering and structure needed to be removed and replaced, as well as a few existing outbuildings needed to be demolished to make space for the sizeable storeroom.

New windows were installed as well as a complete require and new plumbing installed to give the building a safe secure services infrastructure that integrated with the solar.

The main house and renovations of timber cabin were quite traditional, however the storeroom we employed a raft floor slab solution which saved on time and cost, and then put on a structural steel roof which created great volume and space in the storeroom.
